I had a fantastic stay in this hotel located in the heart of the city center. The location was perfect as it was just a short walk from the subway and bus stations, making it convenient for me to explore the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, especially the terrace that offered a stunning view of the nearby park. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with one particular staff member named Alex who spoke English and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay.
Almost perfect, just a minor inconvenience.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and very close to the Palace of Art. We loved being able to walk to everything in the city center. The hotel staff were friendly and the terrace offered a beautiful view of Alameda Park.
