I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, even though I can't speak Spanish! They made me feel welcome and ensured I had everything I needed. The room was a good size and very clean, with comfortable furniture. The shower had consistently hot water, which was a great comfort after a long day of exploring. The hotel's location was also convenient, with various transportation options nearby. It was close to the metro bus station and right across the street from the bus stop. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, making it easy to find a meal.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with a Metrobus station just a stone's throw away and easy access to the metro stations. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated right across the street from the bus stop, making it incredibly convenient to travel around this city. The hotel's proximity to the city center was also a major plus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The location may not seem inviting at first, but we were pleasantly surprised to find a variety of small restaurants within walking distance, including the excellent Ottimo Cafe. The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from a bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel is close to the North bus terminal, which was very convenient for our travels. The room was spacious enough for our needs, and despite the firm bed and pillows, we surprisingly woke up without any back pain. The hotel provided daily replacements of soap, shampoo, tissues, and even a bottle of water. The wifi was generally good, except for some occasional slowness in the evenings. We also enjoyed working on the quiet covered patio, which had a few tables available.
