The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, with newly renovated rooms and furniture that looked brand new. The staff was incredibly helpful, even at early hours of the morning, making communication easy for non-Spanish speakers like myself. The location was ideal, situated in a good area close to shops and within walking distance to the main spots of this city.

We loved the central location, allowing us to easily walk to several good restaurants in this city. The hotel was very clean, and the cleaning staff was nice and attentive. The rooftop balcony, where we had breakfast, was very nice and offered great views.

I loved the central location, with everything within walking distance in La Condesa. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their English was excellent. The breakfasts were delicious, and I especially appreciated the effort made to accommodate my schedule by changing the breakfast end time. The 24/7 front door staff made me feel safe and secure during my stay.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff, though limited in English, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist me, even when I arrived late on Christmas Eve. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the recently updated decor added a nice touch. Additionally, the location was very practical, with plenty of nearby restaurants and exciting things to do.

The hotel was very clean and had good facilities. It was conveniently located within walking distance from most of the excitement in La Condesa. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, especially when we arrived late at night on Christmas Eve.
