Convenient location near the airport and easy to reach from CDMX airport. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The breakfast included was a fair option.

The hotel's transportation service, especially the efficient shuttle service to and from the airport, was a major convenience for us. It only took 10 minutes to reach the airport, which was perfect for our tight schedule. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal for us as it provided easy access to the Palacio de los Deportes for the event we attended.

The hotel provided free transportation, including a shuttle service to the airport, which was a great perk. The breakfast offered a wide range of high-quality options, including scrambled eggs, pancakes, cereals, fresh fruits. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even scheduled our shuttle back to the airport without any issues.
