I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was very close to Terminal del Norte, making it incredibly convenient for visiting Teotihuacan. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a very clean reception area and room. The staff were helpful and allowed me to store my luggage for the day when I went on a tour to Tula. I also appreciated being able to pay with my credit/debit card, unlike other hotels in Mexico that only accepted cash. this hotel provided a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with a great view. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Central Terminal North Bus Station, making it the perfect stopover for bus travelers. Additionally, the hotel is situated on the Metro line, providing easy access to transportation options. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional and the facilities were great. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast and appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

They went above and beyond to assist us, and Mr. Sergio was particularly resourceful when we asked about tours. The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was within easy walking distance of the bus terminal. It was an ideal stopover for our journey within Mexico, especially for those who need to stay a night near the North Bus Terminal. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the bed was excellent and very comfortable. the hotel facilities and transportation options were outstanding.
