We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel facilities were great, especially the breakfast. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The location was perfect, right on one of the Centro's busiest intersections, near the centro historico, bellas artes, shopping area. The transportation was convenient, with easy access to the metro and other forms of transportation. this hotel is located in the most amazing part of this city, with fantastic historical landmarks all around and delicious food on every corner.
For us, it was ideal.

The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic, situated in the most amazing part of the city with fantastic historical landmarks all around and delicious food on every corner. It was conveniently near the Centro Historico, Bellas Artes, shopping areas, and plenty of restaurants were nearby.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
The location was perfect, right in the centre of the old centre, on one of the Centro's busiest intersections. It was within walking distance to the Zocalo, the cathedral, and the Alameda. There were also train stations nearby, making it easy to explore the city. We were surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Additionally, the staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. They spoke good English and assisted us with any questions we had.
Almost perfect.
Safety concerns in the bathroom, lukewarm breakfast, lack of flavor and variety, and issues with room maintenance and security.
