We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a spotless room and a powerful hot shower. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a comfortable bed and a quiet ceiling fan. The location was perfect, as it was close to attractions such as Bellas Artes, the historical center, and Juarez metro station. We also enjoyed being within walking distance of Chinatown. The staff were attentive and provided great service. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was hot, fresh, and served with a smile.

Everything was spot on.
I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. It was located in the historic center, which meant I could easily walk to many attractions and neighborhoods close by or take a short Uber ride to explore further. The hotel's location between Mexico and U made it convenient for me to explore both areas. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that I felt well taken care of. Moreover, the breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was enjoyable, providing a great start to my mornings.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything was in order. The hotel facilities were great, including a 24-hour front desk where we could safely store our key. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Alameda, the Zocalo, numerous art galleries, and Metro stops. It was also conveniently close to the airport, making transportation easy. We loved that we could explore the city on foot, as many top tourist attractions were within walking distance. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, even assisting us in organizing tours and providing detailed information on the city.

The powerful hot shower was a great way to start the day. The elevator worked well and the hotel provided convenient parking. The location of the hotel, between Avenida 5 de mayo and 16 de septiembre, was perfect. We were right near the historic center and within walking distance to the metro. The breakfast served at the hotel was hot, fresh, and served with a smile. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
