We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - they even let us check in early when we arrived in the morning. The room service was excellent and our room was absolutely lovely. The location of the hotel was perfect, with restaurants and shops within walking distance in a fancy area. We were also close to Chapultepec Park and the museums along Avenida Reforma. It was so convenient to explore this city and its cultural attractions. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the friendly staff made our stay here superb value for money.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and bathrooms well-maintained and attractive. The hotel facilities were top-notch, particularly the fabulous bed with beautiful sheets and a down comforter. The location was perfect, within walking distance of excellent restaurants and shopping, making it easy for me to explore this city's culinary scene. Additionally, the staff was extremely attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within easy reach of the airport and walking distance to the best restaurant area in the city, the main park, and plenty of smaller restaurants and cafes. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautiful lobby and rooms. The pool area, for a city center hotel, was excellent and south facing. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, providing great assistance with check-in and bags. They even gave our 2-year-old daughter coloring materials and a teddy bear at check-in. We used the hotel private cars to explore nearby places, and the staff was very helpful in arranging the cars and suggesting places to visit.
