We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Paseo Reforma and surrounded by great restaurants and bars along Rio Lerma. The hotel was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, willing to give us suggestions for things to do in this city. We also loved the flexibility in payment options, as they accepted cash even though it's not the usual method. Additionally, the living room was a great space for informal business meetings.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to a nice local Mexican restaurant, a shopping mall, and the monument of Liberty.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, with easy access to Chapultepec Park and several great restaurants. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and made my stay enjoyable.

The hotel offered great value for the price we paid. The room was spacious and included a separate bedroom with a connecting bathroom. We also had a separate lounge with an open plan kitchen, complete with a fridge, microwave, hob, and sink. The balcony was an added bonus to enjoy the surroundings. The location was excellent, being only 1000ft from the US Embassy and Angel del Independencia. The hotel staff was helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable.
Nothing that we didn't like.
