I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Victor and Rubi, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including high-quality toiletries. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the historic center and many restaurants. I felt safe thanks to the secure access to the elevators and the presence of staff. The restaurant had a great menu and the food was delicious.

The hotel's location was ideal, as it was within walking distance of the historic center, restaurants, and attractions. It was also a short car ride away from places like Polanco and museums. The hotel provided a safe environment, with controlled elevator access and attentive staff. We also enjoyed the restaurant, which had a diverse menu and drinks. Additionally, having a Starbucks right in the hotel was convenient.

The hotel had excellent facilities, such as a good gym and a mirror with light for makeup. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff in the restaurant were all awesome. The bed in our room was very comfortable, and despite being on a busy street, the room was really quiet. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in providing directions and recommendations. We were also able to arrange for a tour guide to visit the Frida Kahlo museum, which is usually sold out.

The hotel also had a Starbucks downstairs, which was convenient. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits. I also appreciated the controlled elevator access and the presence of staff, which made me feel safe. The hotel had a nice gym, and the bed and sheets were comfortable. this hotel offered a good price/performance ratio and exceeded my expectations.

Staff friendly & helpful, provided recommendations & directions. Hotel facilities were great, including a good gym. Perfect location to explore the city center & nearby attractions. Good breakfast options, staff accommodated vegan dietary needs.
